These terms govern your use of bevdata.io (the "App", "we", "us", "our"). By installing the App on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.
The App reads your store's product, variant, and inventory data via the Shopify Admin API and periodically builds an export of that catalog. It gives you a permanent link to your own exported data, which you may share at your discretion. The App does not publish your catalog to any marketplace, sales channel, or third-party audience on its own — sharing the link is entirely your choice.
You confirm that you have the right to grant the App access to your store's product data, and that your use of the App (including sharing any exported data) complies with applicable law and with Shopify's own terms and policies. You're responsible for the accuracy of any metafield mappings you configure in the App.
The App exports data as read from your store at the time of each sync. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the underlying data — that responsibility rests with how you maintain your Shopify catalog.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and syncs may occasionally fail or be delayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any consequences of sharing your exported data link with others.
You may uninstall the App from your Shopify Admin at any time. On uninstall, syncing stops immediately. See our Privacy Policy for how long data is retained afterward. We may also suspend or terminate access to the App for misuse or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
